I've had a PURE Legato for some time now, well out of warranty. One of the speakers died the other night, in a rather worryingly warm and noisy overnight death! Started making a low humming noise when on standby and then just died.
So, an email to Pure followed. A reply came most swiftly, asking a few details about the circumstances. Another reply from me.
Reply from them today was simply (paraphrased), "Oh, sorry, that shouldn't have happened. Can I have your address? We'll send you a replacement one straight away"
