Yea but the riding is shit in chennia, I know this from personal experience. Move your clinic to the western ghats and I might be interested.

Some clinics are really nice. The one in Vienna - "Otto Wagner Spital" is like a hotel. And nice park and with an amazing church in the grounds. I was there for 3 weeks.
