I've no idea who she is.
Is it a knitting show ?
information overload!
That's my Saturday evenings sorted.
I always fell asleep during Montelbano.
I can't wait! Two hours tonight, woo hoo. 8)
Still optimistic that there will be another series of Bergen.
I've not heard of it before but these BBC physcological thingy's can be good - on record & series link due to recommendation
huh?
Get with it guys!!! Join the couch potato club. ๐
PS Will be clubbing afterwards. 8)
So, I missed the Scaninavian series, what with it being hidden away on bbc4, but have watched all of the US version, which I really like. So should I watch this series, or will it give the story away for when the yank one comes back?
for a moment i thought it was the Wiggle lady, ah well

Desmond - you need to watch the very first Scandi series. Also, did you watch the second series of the American version?
I understand this will be the last series, boo. ๐
I'll never get time to play catch-up on the old series(es)!
Two hours to go! 8)
Is it worth watching if I haven't watched the first two series or should I just record and save?
I have no idea who that is - which is a first for me
Um, well you would miss out on how Sarah Lund's character has developed, due to life events, as it were.
Why not record it and buy the dvds on Ebay?
Also on BBC HD ๐
Woah.
I'll want to see series 1&2 after this. Where?
OK, I'll admit that the first half hour left me feeling totally baffled - so much going on that I just couldn't follow it. Thank goodness it improved and it more or less slotted into place.
Looking forward to tonight's. 8)
Well folks I believe it's the penultimate episode tonight. ๐
-well just spent xmas watching series 3
very very good
why oh why cant us brits make tv this good?
the hour was a dissapointment (well 1st series) the shadow line is probably the only thing i can think of recently thats come close
Important announcement:
Borgen is back for a second series next Saturday. It's my fave Scandi drama. 8)
i missed the 1st series of borgen may have to download it!
I'll be honest political dramas have never interested me but this held my attention. Would definitely recommend a download!
So as it's a clique thing, i'll take your words that it's good... ๐

I'm a bimbo, what do I know? ๐
ohhh, thanks for that. Mrs S and I loved borgen 1.
I have killing 3 all recorded and waiting for a serious session....
I have finally got through S03 of Boardwalk Empire, which was the best series I have seen this year. The Killing S03 & Borgen S01 are locked and loaded for viewing over the next few weekends, hopefully.
...then next up in Feb will be Spiral S04.
I watched the latest Killing so needs to watch the others, also will be checking out the Shield, Borgen and Spiral. They do seem more edgy and involving than our counterpart cop series
If they're repeated, you could also check out Braquo (French detective series) on FX and Romanzo Criminale (Italian) on Sky Arts, can recommend both.
is there something i am missing here ?
Braquo
The Shield in French, basically.
...and that is high praise indeed.
As for Romanzo Criminale, I gave up trying to chase it round the schedules, so will just pickup the boxset at some point.
