BBC show was good but like ss92 I was there and no way your TV can capture the texture of the sound, but also the virtual silences at times - just a single violin note or a bowed xylophone reaching out into the vastness.

One of my top 5 all time gig experiences. I wish I'd known it would be that good because I'd have made my family come, and I'd have been better prepared myself rather than taking even half of the intro piece to realise how good it was.

Started to watch it on iPlayer, God Cerys Matthews was irritating. Enjoyed the rest of it tho.

Thanks I've downloaded it to watch later, quite a step up from when we saw them and had a chat at the Tobermory Arts centre a few years ago. I do like a bit of PSB 🙂
