A job description that includes the salary, how novel.

Before the STW Rich List start scoffing at the salary, that's around 9-10k more than my last 3 full time bike trade roles. And then any profit share scheme only included the bosses kids.

Looks like a nice place to work for a local. My days of packing up and starting over are hopefully behind me.

I think I saw a post about them looking for someone/couple to run the campsite this summer too.

It's £5k more than minimum wage at 40 hours a week. It's probably not a bad wage for the area if free time during the week is a priority.

Agreed, lovely part of the world and nice guys, hope they find someone good.

And yes, by Bike trade standards 25K sadly isn't bad.

True. I don't think comfortable white people realise how widespread truly shit wages are.

That's seriously tempting although I'm the other end of the country and my experience in the bike trade is a good 20 years out of date! As for r the wage, that's only £2.5k lower than I'm on for driving a truck and that's considered a good wage.

@reluctantjumper - with 20% discount you'd only have to spend £12.5k on bike parts to be better off. 😉

Scarily that's only about 4 years going by my spending over that time!
