You get a free game or two every couple of weeks from them. It's worth having the client installed just for the offers.

... And they've just dropped the Shadowrun Returns collection. I backed this on Kickstarter back in the day, it's awesome.

I must have forty games on my Epic account from their freebies. Don't think I've played any of them, but it's better to have free games I don't play rather than paying for them right?
Quite excited about not playing Shadow run though, I remember the original.
