no, because then our stale food eating, recycled water drinking, not knowing what a mountain is "mountain biking" (pmsl) southern neighbours wouldn't know how to get elctrickery
But in Scotland the sun is only strong enough to provide vitamin D between April and September.
😯
I remember being told this is an issue in Norway too, but something to do with their diet there negates the risk. Can't remember what it was though.

Don't want any of the haggis loving brethren north of the border getting ill now, do we?
are you a ****ing **** or is it that you're a xenophobic ****
Calm down dear!
I'm merely making sure that you know to eat your oily fish during the winter months.

There's no helping some people!
It's a bit insulting on a forum to be honest. Tone it down!
I think that it was meant to be a bit tongue in cheek!
As someone who has lived up here for a while now I did not take offence.
I would agree that sunlight levels are pretty low up here from October to March, but I can't see them being much lower than the north of England in all truth.
Is that telling off for me? Or the sweary guy up there^?
assume it's you and behave accordingly?
Nothing like sharing the love on a Monday morning is there.....
Okay, I didn't realise some of you guys were so sensitive, us namby-pamby shandy drinking southerners seem to be able to take the abuse and get on with it..... suppose we do have frappacinos to console ourselves with though!
why is that abusive people who view their abuse as "banter" get all uppity and continue abusing when people ask not to be insulted/abused?
General comment not overly offended by this
