There have unfortunately been a number of posts from people about depression, myself included, and even more unfortunately some regarding suicide. Felt the strain a fair few times this past year and still occasionally have suicidal thoughts, but trying my best to work through it all and plod on. If for nothing else at the moment, for the sake of the kids. They don't need to lose another parent, and I don't intend it becoming a reality any time soon.
Just seen this advertised, a free 20 min programme about suicide prevention techniques that may help you or someone else at some point.

From everything I've seen you post you're doing a corking job and still finding time to try and help others along the way despite your own loss and challenges you've faced.
