I was going to say "cue loads of speeding for the next three months" but isn't the m25 average achievable speed around 20mph anyway?

Usually achieved by spending long periods of time stationary followed by bursts of doing a 100mph.

Thanks. As that's the stretch (A3-M40) I use the most that's boring ! M25 runs pretty freely outside the morning and evening rush hours in my experience.
