Popped into Go Outdoors today to have a butchers at these and thought I'd see if I could get them to price match. They match the price then take 10% off so I got them to match Singers Outdoor at £99.99 then they took their 10% off! hey presto £90!

Curious - do they not make your food smell of petrol? I take it they don't otherwise no one would buy them I suppose.

Nope and they also don't refuse to work in the cold like a gas one... I have an old one that lives in the back of the van for mashing duties!

Brilliant stove, very powerful and costs peanuts to run. Can cook some pretty impressive meals on 2 rings.

My advice would be to run it on super unleaded a few pennies a litre but it seems to burn much better.

Hadn't thought about super unleaded. Will get that.

Mudmuncher - that's what the other half said, it took some convincing but managed to win her over with the argument that we won't have to cart a gas cylinder about with us.

Had one for years. They are cracking stoves. Never tried super unleaded.
