I know from past posts there are few coeliacs on the forum or who have partners/kids that are coeliac or gluten intolerant so I just wanted to flag up a GF cook book that has kind of gone viral link. The book is around 60% savoury and 40% sweet and has a bunch of recipes for fakeaways like KFC etc but the bread recipes are the best. The guy who won this years Bake Off who also id a few GF bakes posted up on Instagram that the loaf he baked from the book was the best GF loaf he had ever baked link

GF MrsRNP has bought that cookbook after a GF neighbour who has been sending round some awesome cakes made from it.

Cheers, have ordered it for my sister as she's trying to get her head around GF cooking for her partner
we bought that book in Costco a few weeks ago for my 13 year old daughter who is a keen cook but gluten intolerant.
Its great - she made the baked cookie dough last night which was very nice!
