Very Severe

Traffic IncidentM60 M60 Greater Manchester, anti-clockwise between A663 Broadway [M60 junction 21] and A664 Manchester New Road [M60 junction 20]

M60 Greater Manchester - M60 closed, queueing traffic and long delays anticlockwise between J21, A663 (Hollinwood) and J20, A664 (Higher Blackley), because of a serious police incident. Average speed five mph. Matrix sign set to 20 mph. Travel time is ten minutes. Congestion to J22, A62 (Failsworth).
