Any recommendations for proxy providers? It would be for streaming media.
Need to have hong Kong as a location, ideally selectable so when working abroad could access the BBC too. Don't mind paying a fee for a reliable connection.

Have used happy VPN for a number of years. Not the cheapest but works.
