That's what you get when you mess with natural ecosystems by introducing foreign species.

Not exactly a fish 'attack' now is it... still pretty cool to see, that's a lot of big fish, they must be devouring pretty much anything that moves in their environment, bet they're causing/have caused a ton of damage...

EDIT: turns out they're plankton feeders, but still, just the sheer volume of fish must be an issue?

Bighead and silver carp feed by filtering plankton from the water. The extremely high abundance of bighead and silver carp has caused great concern because of the potential for competition with native species for food and living space. Because of their filter-feeding habits, they are difficult to capture by normal angling methods.

Not sure of the point of the bows & arrows in the 2nd vid, a big net would have had more success
