Another thread on this a few pages back I think. I think the trailer they showed yesterday on the TV was way too long. I put my fingers in my ears and shouted *LA-LA-LA-LA-LA* and somehow managed to block the view with my arm.

That's the one show last night during the "Homeland" ad break I guess ?

Had some new footage in it, still looks awesome 🙂

the tv trailer did feel bait like fast forwarding through the film to the end - although its a prequel so i guess we know where its going.

what on earth is going on with Idris Elba's accent though?

Homeland overran by like 3-4 minutes because of that trailer. No joke! Usually finishes at 22.00.

Has anyone had a look at the Weyland Industries website?

As a web designer, I'm blown away. It's a beautiful piece of work (doesn't play nicely with iPad though - tut) There are some lovely teasers in there. I love the Back to the Future reference. Points if you can spot it!

'They' can afford to...

Having said that, it is pretty cool and is clever in the way it provides 'back story' for a lot of the gear we're seeing in the trailers.

Some of the cleverest/most complete film marketing for a while I reckon (lets hope that's not compensating for a bit of a turkey).
