[Closed] Project management lite software/app?

We are thinking of setting up a food stall to run at a few local festivals next year to earn a bit of holiday money and see if its worth looking at more seriously.

I need to get the project off the ground in my (very limited) spare time and then take control to ensure all involved know what they need to do etc and we have a fairly tight time frame if we want to get accepted at the key festival we are targeting.

Is there a basic app for android that will allow me to pull a load of deadlines, tasks and ideas together and share them fairly easily with the other participants?

I don't want something complex as I haven't time to learn how to use it!
