The thing is, Im happy when Ive got it and I miss it when its not there. I realise everyone is different but I just wondered whether I will always be the guy who only has a beard in the winter.
Do you subscribe to the year round beard? Are you a long termer? or, like me do you flirt on the outskirts of the hirsute fizog purely on a part time basis?

Can't be arsed shaving....so I end up with a beard.
Can't be arsed looking after it....so I shave it off.
Goes in 3-4 month cycles.
