Hello all,I'm wondering if anyone can help ? when i go outside the ingleton garage on chapter 0 it returns to the xbox home .this is the second DR3 game disc ,i returned the first one and all other games on the xboxone consol work fine .PLEASE HELP !!!!!

We just took it out off the box carefully , but it was happening exact same spot as the first one .
