As above ,what's best?
No need for super colour or anything it will be used for invoices etc.
Is there a plug in one or are they all WiFi?

Just look for one that offers AirPlay. My Epson, which is several years old, has a dedicated app to allow printing, but AirPlay equipped printers allow direct printing from the subject, without needing to worry about special drivers or any of that sort of stuff.
