hi do i do it i have tryed on many occasions done the
[img] --------- [/img]
dosnt work for me?

Its easy really! (Ive just learned)
you need to get to click on "share this"
you need the html thingy.
put it between the IMG in square brackets and /IMG in square brackets and hey-presto!
I'll hold your hand! come on give it a go!

Find the flickr image you want to post, right click and get its URL (it'll end in jpg) then put:
[ img ] the url [/ img ] without the spaces. Like this:
[img] 
?v=1239714706[/img]
However you now cant post images from flickr unless you're logged in as a member, as it gives you a false image URL on right clicking.
