Is it just me who can barely lift their legs up to climb stairs a day or two after doing any DIY that involves working below waist height?
Fitted a ply underfloor prior to a new wooden engineered floor going in on Saturday and I'm struggling today. Even sitting down today is placing uncomfortable pressure on my buttocks. Weirdly, riding a bike is still ok, though.
I suspect that sitting at a desk all week, only really cycling for exercise and never doing any stretching are to blame 🙁

working on the floors fine for me
working with my hands above my heads really screws me , plasterboarding/skiming a celing or putting up high shelfs.
next day my shoulders and arms ache
