After 16 hours on call - the vagina gods finally came through.. 2 prior c/s lady delivered vaginally and after a manual rotation - Bradley method pt delivered.. - all without the use of the knife....oh but it was a long 16 hours... 6 more to go..

A very, very good friend of mine is a midwife in Cambridgeshire. Perhaps fortunately she doesn't do Facebook, otherwise her posts would probably closely resemble that one.
