I can just imagine the letter to the manufacturer now - "Dear Sir, I was just riding along..."

(about 1.20 in...)

looks like normal wear and tear to me....

I bet he jetwashed it. I hear that's what happens when you do.

Spot on Batfink clearly a jetwashing issue.

I also think he may have had the bike upside down while fixing a front wheel puncture the previous week. As we all know, the metal in the frame will change direction and slowly move towards the top tube. Clearly the structure of the bike is then altered for good. Im amazed he made it home last week.

Now i have review the vt in more detail I noticed he was using cup and cone hubs. Seriously what was he thinking clearly the frame exploded out of embarrassment.
