There has been quite a few tower blocks taken by fire in Dubai as well. One of the things tax pays for is building inspectors. Become an exile in a low tax state and you will lose many of the not so obvious benefits of the society you are rejecting.

This just goes to show that just because you may have a big nose, it doesn't automatically mean you have a keen sense off smell!
