Being as the real issues behind the Panama Papers...

How much has money in offshore tax havens contributed to this?

Let's set up a seperate thread so everyone can bicker about tax codes and the legal framework set up by the MPs who are avoiding taxes, whilst being lobbied by and maintaining personal interests in some very dodgy industries.
