I bought one of these today because i suffer bad earache when its cold, now i suffer with looking like a complete tool! How the **** do you wear the bloody thing?

Wear it round the neck when cold, hook over chin and ears when even colder, when freezing, remove helmet, pull up over head like a balaclava and replace helmet. In summer, you can make a beanie out of it (turn inside out, twist in the middle and then fold one half back over and put under helmet, some say it helps keep you cooler.

From Buff website. Choob is the same as a polar buff. If You want to make a balaclava than do the trick of pulling the material from under Your chin over the mouth and nose.
