Last week I took out a digital stw subscription. I also registered for a pocketmags account to be able to read the mag that way.
I heard nothing from pocket mags at all. So I emailed them and got a reply saying ' yeah, open an account'. I thought I had already.
So I just went through the register process via my ipad book shelf thingy and got an email saying I was registered and could log on. But I can't log on. I get an error saying something incomprehensible about reference points.
Basically I'm failing badly to get pocket mags to work and be able to view my Stw sub. Any advice please?

Is there a good reason for using the pocket mag app over the magazine archive? I see you have to pay for back issues on pocket mag, but you are able to view all the back issues in the archive for free.
