I'm off to Plymouth for the BH weekend and it's the wife's birthday on the Monday. Can anyone recommend a decent restaurant please? Not too pricey, think blue collar rather than IT middle management.

That looks great but closed on Mondays. Might go there Sunday night though.

down in the Barbican, Not a restaurant but worth a visit at some point over your weekend

Royal William Yard has some options in an attractive setting, if you are over that way/ have transport.
