Currently with plusnet but having problems with line speed.
Does anyone know how or in what order the filter, sky box connection go?
Currently got in this order wall socket - filter - sky and in asdl side of the filter the router is connected.

Plusnet have ran line tests and they say everything is ok with that and fault is at my end.
Offered router free with p&p charges but contracted for 12month or £40 router and £5.99 p&p no contract.

Am I better staying with plusnet or switching to which one?

will probably switch to sky next. Plusnet is ok, but the router is poor.

Sorry to be presumptuous, but how about just unplugging the Sky?

I'm with PlusNet and find them pigeon-racing great VFM, but I'm not a heavy user.

If you have problem with the line, are you plugging the filter into the master socket or an extension? To rule out anything your side of the BT connection, you need to take the faceplate off the master socket and plug the filter into the Test socket behind it.
