[Closed] Please reccomend to me a bird feeder

Hello,
My OH lives in a fourth floor flat and has no garden or balcony.
I would like to buy her a bird feeder which attaches to the outside of the window so that she can watch the birds whilst working from home.
Loads about with little suction cups on them to do this.
Anyone tried one on a fourth floor flat and if so which one is least likely to get blown away, it can be quite breezy up there...
Any better ideas for attaching to a UPVC double glazed window without use of a cherry picker on a main road to attach a more secure bracket to the wall?
