Got myself a Planet X "Jobsworth X2 outdoor lightweight cooking stove system", wanted to try out for first time tonight. The rest of the parts make sense (despite utterly crap instruction sheet), including the somewhat tatty cafetiere attachment, but can't figure out what this part is for - it's not shown on the instructions.
Any ideas?

Is that the pot support - to allow you to use the "jetboil" burner but with normal cooking pots?
