Can anyone suggest somewhere decent but not too expensive to eat near the concert hall.

Work have taken us to Paco's in the past, nothing amazing but reliable enough.

If you like French try Pig'halle which is walking distance from the concert hall. It is really very nice. We went there before seeing Dylan Moran.
