That looks fun to clean.

Ours doesn’t like his pond at home. The water is too clean! The smellier and dirtier it is the better.

I have finally done it!

A 4k run yesterday and a drizzly forest walk this AM and the dog is too tired to move even for the potential of treats.

ITs the most peace i've had!

FFS dogs should NEVER be on sofas or beds, that's so unhygienic. Lecture over!

At least with white paws they generally get white nails as well which makes the trimming soooooooooo much easier!

@cinnamon_girl Here's our wee champ and three of his litter mates, ours is Mr Light Blue!

We have leather sofas, with a loose blanket for his nibs to sit on that's washed regularly. We change our bedding regularly too and he's always on the top of the quilt cover not in the bed (quilt goes to the launderette regularly too). It's only unhygienic if you don't do your laundry properly.

I would like some factual based research on this please. Lola has her bitof the sofa an one of three blankets that are rotated regularly.

She isn't alowed on the bed because she sheds like crazy.

A little update

I taught lola to climb things. Now she climbs on things I point at or just when she feels like it. My favourite is this hollow log she will also run through and the police station wall

She is also extremely body confident. A typical session of sleep on the sofa leaves hee haw to the imagination!

I'm misreading that, aren't I?

Sorry not me although I'm not a million miles away and have done Pendle with him plenty of times.

Pupdate!

The Romanian squirrel dog is doing well.

She is a different colour and shape to when we got her. But alot of encouragement and she runs about and plays and sniffs about now which she did none of. She can tolerate other dogs in her vicinity most of the time but still loads to do.

Dogs are ace.

Ben More

Esther and I took an early morning jaunt up Ben More this morning - awesome views although her focus was mainly in terms of furry and dead things which she delighted in finding for me

We got another little ray of sunshine a couple of months ago. Please be upstanding for Rimini (or Pendle if she’s misbehaving 🙄)

Our first foray into bitch ownership (we’ve always had dogs) she’s settled in fantastically, the boys have really taken her under their wing. Probably to much, they let her get away with murder 😂
