Have this on the home computer and have now gotten around to tagging through the facial recognition thing all of the pics we have.
If I wanted to copy the pics to another computer, say a laptop, would I have to go through the process again or is there a way of copying things over whilst retaining the tags?
I'm pretty sure all the photo specific stuff is stored in the picasa.ini file in each folder - although I'm not sure about the tags - try renaming a picaca.ini file and then restart it and see if it has lost the tags for those photos.
You need to use the backup function in Picasa, then restore them in the new laptop.
