Daughter broke her ankle a few weeks ago, clean break thankfully.

She's out the cast and walking again but isnt wealking kust rigth, we will take her to the physio in the next few weeks but think its time to start strengthening the ankle with some elastic resistance bands.

Any advice on where to get them from and the colour (strength) we should consider please?

I bought my Thera-Bands from Amazon.

Really wouldn't like to advise on what colour to get, but here is a helpful chart:

Get red - you can always double it up to increase the resistance, or not stretch it as much to decrease it. I would however concentrate on regaining the correct movement pattern as opposed to strengthening anything. Good heel strike and toe off and it'll be grand in no time.
