I've used Jorvik Physio, Not exactly Selby but at the David Llyod in York
I used to be a member there and got a free session. the guy was really good.

Thanks for that, I'll give them a try if I can't find any recommendations closer to home.

Apparently one used to use the upstairs room of the Gypsy Moth.... sorry no thats massages with extras, i got mixed up 😯 😆
