[Closed] Phone upgrade

Right so i fancied the new iphone so i ring up pay off the remainder of my contract create a new one and order an iphone 5 which i pay 109 quid for..great..but iphone not in stock and im now quite liking the Galaxy S3 so i ring them they canx the iphone order and i go into the shop where i can renew my contract and by the S3 for 50 quid fab...however i was still getting texts telling me my iphone would be with me soon and sorry for the delay i just ignored them and asumed it would stop..however today i get a text saying the phone will be with me tomorrow? and i havnt been refunded my 109 quid yet so im asuming the contract was scrapped but the order for the phone remained?? so what do u recon i do..do i ring them tell them about the iphone and the fact ive not had my deposit or keep it or sell it? where do i stand with this do u guys recon?
