Alan Rickman / Severus snape
and now i think of it, Rickman is now also the voice of Marvin in my head
(tis a shame Eastwood wasn't given the role as Dredd)
Viggo Mortenson as AragornI think he looked the part; I don't think he acted the part. In the books Aragorn knows he is destined to be king and is 'kingly' from the start. In the film, Viggo spends the first two films acting like a broody teenager, unsure of his role and destiny.
Agreed, Viggo Mortensen was pish.
Ian McKellen's Gandalf on the other hand...
Isn't it odd how these things work - Northwind think's Rebus is Ken Stott - I think he's completely wrong.
Anyhoo, here are mine:
Christopher Reeve as Superman (I met him getting off the plane in New York - I told him I'd have felt happier if I'd known he was there all along)
Vicky Vette as "My Friend's Hot Mom"
