Done rocket assisted bikes, but not Mentos+Coke. Proper pyros ftw 🙂
Water+Compressor+Bottle is a bit safer. And much cheaper than all that coke. Oh and they can go further... much further.

Only one bottle?
Did one with about 8 bottles once. Efficiency plummets the moment you start adding bottles. Had a few explosions too, when "seeing how high you can get the pressure" 😀
