On the back of the some of the replies within the [i]Coppers Lot[/i] thread and in light of the ONS stating that membership of company pension schemes has fallen dramatically over the past few decades what are your pension provisions?

What type is it (final salary, average earnings etc)?
What percentage of your pay do you contribute?
What percentage does your employer contribute?
At what age can you retire?
Is there provision for early retirement?
If there is will you take it?
In which sector do you work?
