I bought something on another forum and the seller is proving to be a bit mental.
Hasn't posted after a month (I said I wasn't in a rush but...)
More to the point has tried to renegotiate the deal! Which pissed me off so I've told him not to bother sending and to refund me. Likely to prove difficult I think.
Can I just claim back through PayPal? Anyone done this? What do I send as evidence?

You did pay for goods, right? If you sent money to a "friend" you're screwed.
Yep paid goods- too many stories on here.

Nothing, it's down to the seller to prove (with proof of delivery from a proper courier) they sent it, to the address you have registered with paypal. If they can't, you get a refund.
