I'm trying to refund a paypal buyer. ION the final page oft the process you are told to click "issue refund" however no such button is on the screen,.
Am I going mad?
IIRC you can't refund a gift payment - not sure that applies in this case though?
Andy maybe you need to have funds in the accoount to cover the refund?
PayPal has turned into a bluddy complicated beast.

Remember I had a problem like this a year or so ago and switched to ie which worked?
Ahh **** I know see the problem - insufficient funds.
Am on Chrome btw, firefox uses too much cpu!
