I've just tried to transfer money into my bank account and it's telling me I can onlt withdraw £10? I've spent £9.77 this month and I've never had any issues transfering money before.

It's flagging something about becoming verified and opening a DD account?

Is that normal?

probably. the most un-userfriendly website/company i have ever used. they are a pain in the arse. you usually have limits for everything that are tiny if you're not verified.

I'm verified and have no problems with them. Can transfer in and out with no fees and no limits and if sending/receiving as gift also no fees.
Was a bit of a pain before I was verified though.

Verifying your account is very simple, and lifts all of the restrictions.

Paypal can be a bit of a pain, and when it comes to disputes, always seems to side with the buyer.

Overall though, I rate Paypal despite the fact that a lot of people complain about them.

Cheers, Rich

Looks like they can't win.
Too lax and there's a security risk. Too tight and the site isn't user friendly.
In diputes they will side with the buyer, which is only a pain when I'm the seller.
What do you expect them to do?
