Hi,
I have a small issue with my paypal account.
I sold an item via ebay and the buyer has opened a dispute with me (another story)
I've bought some things on ebay and NEED to pay for them via paypal (the only method seller accepts) but it won't let me pay for them because of the dispute on ebay!?
Is anyone aware of a work around ?

You can pay via PayPal on a credit card without registering I think. At least you used to be able to.
