Just before Christmas I ordered one of Munrobikers calendars on the back of his excellent yearly thread.ย There was a slight problem as I hadn't used PayPal for ages but the PayPal took the money from me.ย But it didn't get through to Munrobiker so he couldn't fulfil the order.ย And now neither of us can find away to cancel the order to start again.ย If I click on "report a problem" none of the options are relevant to me and I can't take it any further.ย Any suggestions?

I'm baffled by this too - the PayPal payment appears in my PayPal account as "pending" and has a link that says "click here to finish your account setup and receive your money". When I click there, nothing happens, I get to a 404 page.ย
There is no button to cancel the payment. Other payments from the sale of the calendars have gone through fine.ย
PayPal alleges they will return pending payments after a month which I'm hoping solves it but if not both of us could do with some pointers.ย
So I messaged my bank last night and they were very helpful, woke up this morning and a refund has happened.ย Might be coincidence and PayPal refunded automatically after a month?ย Munrobiker I'm going to message you about an alternative.
