Now it's started charging me for gift transfers...I wonder if there's a limit to how many you can do to different people before they start to notice?
Damn them and their conveniently lucrative ways! 👿

Didn't Paypal always charge you to send via gift, unless you had balance in your PP account?

Not if you're verified (which I am, with a back up account to boot). They've blagged it as a security measure. Motherlickers!

Is it because of the amount? I've found it to be free for small amounts but when I tried a large amount as a gift, they tried charging me for it, so I changed it to 2 smaller amounts.

I thought of that too...It was £50, I tried doing 2x £25 but no cigar.
I buy a lot on PP gift, I think they're getting wise.
