[Closed] Paypal customer service

Has anyone tried ringing them? absolutely useless machine that wants you to talk to it then tells you it can't help you and won't put you through to a person. I actually ended up swearing at the bloody thing!
In the end i told it i had a different problem to what i actually have and it put me on hold for half an hour, after which i hung up.

top tip - use it only for small amounts of money that you don't mind losing

They reply to emails ok, iirc.
