do you mean paypal have removed the gift option? You can still send fee-free by selecting 'sending to friends and family'.

I'm glad its gone.
it was abused by the tight fisted folk who wanted the service but not to pay for it
Fools were cheated by scumbags
Paypal probably lost heaps in lost fees too.
Only winners appear to be the scumbags who scammed the fools and who wants them winning?
