Watched the Tour of Britain last week and noticed that a couple of chaps where wearing plasters on their knees. The plasters are blue and extend toward the thigh and towards the shin leaving an elongate hole allowing the patella to track vertically.
Anyone know what these are called. I've had a cursory look on google but nothing came up.

It's called Kinesio tape. Comes in a few different colours and strengths. You need to cut in up to shape it around a shoulder, knee etc.
