Melted Reese's Cups and sliced banana...Mmmmm.

Thank me later!

As an aside, pre-made batter mix? WTF?

The logical next step is to buy pancakes predigested and inject them straight into your lower intestine.

already did mine this morning

top tip

grease your frying pan using "spreadable" butter (real butter with a bit of verg oil added, not low fat spread)

just rub a bit on before you cook each pancake using a scrunched up bit of baking paper

works a treat - perfect amount of grease, buttery taste - but the veg oil stops it burning

I'm going to stir fry some king prawns and veg in blackbean sauce and put that in the pancakes.

A bit of pork fat on a fork, wipe the pan with it, pour the mixture, swirl, flip, off. Repeat till bored.
Home-made blueberry jam or strawberries with whipped cream and some chocolate sauce.
I'm curious, will ASDA or Tesco have baked bean pancake you stick in a microwave?

Gotta be ham and cheese to start then chocolate spread and bananas for pud!

Did have a go with pesto, fried mushrooms and cheese a while ago after having it in a cafe, not too shabby.

Eating dinner for lunch, so tonight, it's just about the pancakes :))))))

Last year I tried other recipes, just to realise that the classic is the classic for a reason - it's the best!
